Refunds, Damages and issues
Please note returns for change of mind are not accepted.
We have a 30 day refund/ repair policy.
Please email us at sotocollective@gmail.com as soon as possible to arrange refund or repair
Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will notify you of the outcome as soon as possible,generally within 2 - 3 business days.
Bracelet repairs are usually completed and sent back within 3 - 5 business days of us receiving them.
In the case of a minor defect we will repair or refund the item, including return shipping.
Within the 30 day policy period Items found to have a critical fault will be refunded including shipping costs.
Outside of the 30 day policy period repairs are quoted on a case to case basis due to the wide variety of items we make. Please email us at sotocollective@gmail.com for enquiries.
